The range of Nintendo Wii exclusive Beat Em Up titles continues to grow this year, as following hot on the heels of Tatsunoko vs Capcom we have an entirely new title; Wii's Tournament of Legends. From developers High Voltage, this title is the first in a proposed franchise of weapons-based fighters.

The well-received Dark Void Zero from Capcom lands onto DSi's in Europe and other PAL territories today, so if you are looking for a sweet platform-shooter you know what to do. If you don't have a DSi then worry not, Capcom have your back with Mega Man 10 on WiiWare. We take it you have a Wii, right? Oh good!

Nintendo of America executive vice president of sales and marketing Cammie Dunaway talked about the core-gaming aspect of Nintendo's release game plan.
She says Capcom's "Monster Hunter Tri" will "show that action-oriented games can do well on the Wii platform." She also said that a Nintendo Wii successor won't be coming "anytime soon."

Hey, Wii apologists, let's see you try to wriggle your way out of this one. Remember that rumor you heard that the iPhone has more processing power than the Wii? Anyway, it looks like Capcom has decided to bring a portable iteration of Street Fighter 4 to the iPhone and iPad, completely skipping over the Nintendo Wii.

The recent drop in third party developer support for the Wii has been well documented, wiht companies like Capcom and Sega re-aligning their budgets to support more development for Xbox 360 and PS3.

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars will make any Wii owners missing out on Street Fighter 4 much happier. The game is packed with 26 different fighters, all of which have a completely different fighting style. You can have multiple fighters on your team, tag-teaming your way to victory.

The fact that Tatsunoko vs. Capcom is being released in North America is almost mind-blowing. Considering that Tatsunoko is a relatively unknown brand in the western world it was universally assumed that Capcom wouldn’t be bringing the game stateside...

Today was a pretty rad day for Capcom! They released a kick ass button masher exclusively for the Wii called Spyborgs (Ratchet & Clank fans will love it) and Resident Evil 5 on the PC. Whoa! wait a second Beau Beau, RE5 is already out on consoles....

Just when we all thought Capcom's off-the-wall awesome fighter Tatsunoko vs. Capcom for Wii couldn't get any better, the dev team decides that the cast of Ryu, Chun Li, Mega Man, Roll, Morrigan, Viewtiful Joe, and oh so many others weren't enough of a slant on Capcom's side, and decided to spice things up a bit with a big ol serving of Frank West.
